Bookings & Payments

To begin your booking, simply complete the enquiry or booking form on our website with your preferred dates, programme and room type. Once we receive your request, our team will review availability and contact you to confirm the details of your stay.

Once your booking is confirmed by our team, we send a secure invoice with the agreed total. Payment can be made by international bank transfer or credit card. A holding deposit secures your dates, with the balance settled before arrival or on check in, depending on your chosen programme.

No. The form begins the conversation, not the booking itself. Our team reviews availability, your preferred programme and any special requirements, then comes back to you personally to confirm. This step keeps every stay genuinely private and personalised.

Yes. We encourage you to share anything that helps us prepare. Dietary preferences, mobility considerations, sleep concerns, quiet rooms, late arrivals, anniversaries, or specific therapies you would like included. The more we know in advance, the more tailored your stay becomes.

We accept international bank transfers and major credit cards. For some long stay programmes, payment can be split across instalments. Our team will share the exact options with you when confirming your booking.

Accommodation & Shared Stays

Yes. Many of our guests travel as a couple, with a family member or with a quiet companion. Both of you are welcome at Olive Creek, and we will help structure the stay so each person gets what they need from it.

Yes. We offer rooms suitable for two guests, including dedicated double accommodation. Sharing simply changes the room rate, not the level of care. Our team will recommend the best option based on the room types available for your dates.

Not at all. Each guest can follow their own programme. Many couples actually prefer this. One may join our Burnout Recovery programme while the other follows Rest and Rejuvenation. We coordinate schedules so you still share meaningful time together while each receiving fully personalised care.

Cancellations & Changes

Our cancellation terms depend on the programme booked and how close to arrival the cancellation is made. Full terms are shared with your booking confirmation, and our team will walk you through them clearly before any payment is taken.

If you have already paid and your travel plans change, please let us know as soon as possible. In most cases, we are able to issue a credit voucher that allows you to rebook your stay for a future date, subject to availability and the terms of your original booking.

Our standard credit voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of issue. The exact validity for your specific booking is confirmed in writing alongside the voucher itself.

Yes, where availability allows. We understand that international travel plans shift, and we work with guests in good faith. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to find new dates that suit both you and the retreat.

Programmes & Treatments

Every programme is personalised. Two guests on the same programme will rarely have an identical schedule. Your therapies, pacing, food and consultations are shaped around your goals, your physical condition and how your body responds across the stay.

Yes. Plans evolve throughout your visit. Our practitioners observe how you are responding and adjust gently. Some guests need deeper rest sooner than expected. Others move into more active recovery faster. Adjustments are part of how the programme is meant to work.
