About Our Residential Detox Retreat

This residential detox retreat is for guests carrying the very modern weight of long term stress, poor sleep, processed food, alcohol heavy seasons, sluggish digestion, or simply too much pace for too long. Important context. This is a holistic detox and recovery programme, a wellness experience for healthy adults. It is not a clinical addiction or substance detox service. We pair gentle, supervised cleansing protocols, herbal support, clean seasonal meals and hydration therapies with the rest, movement and quiet that real recovery actually needs. The result is a body detox retreat that respects how the human system actually clears and repairs itself.
