Delivery & Cancellation Policy  Olive Creek Wellness Retreat 

This Delivery & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms relating to bookings, confirmations,  payments, scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, and service delivery for Olive Creek  Wellness Retreat (“Olive Creek”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). 

By making a reservation or purchasing any service with Olive Creek, you acknowledge and  agree to the terms outlined below. 

1. Booking Requests & Confirmation 

All bookings made through our website, email, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or  booking forms are considered booking requests only and are subject to availability and  confirmation. 

Once your request is received: 

  • Our team will review availability 
  • We may contact you for additional information if required 
  • A confirmation email and payment instructions or payment link will be sent to you Your reservation is considered confirmed only after: 
  • Payment has been successfully received, and 
  • A formal confirmation has been issued by Olive Creek 

2. Delivery of Services 

Olive Creek provides wellness retreats, accommodation, therapies, consultations, medical  support services, and wellness experiences delivered physically at our retreat location in  Mauritius. 

Delivery of services occurs: 

  • On the confirmed arrival date of your booking 
  • According to the personalised programme and schedule agreed upon 
  • Subject to any medical or therapeutic adjustments deemed necessary by the Olive  Creek team 

As many programmes are highly personalised, exact therapies, schedules, and inclusions may  vary according to: 

  • Guest assessment
  • Medical considerations 
  • Therapeutic recommendations 
  • Safety requirements 
  • Guest response during the stay 

3. Personalised & Tailored Services 

Many Olive Creek programmes are individually tailored following consultation and  assessment. 

As such: 

  • Certain therapies may be adjusted 
  • Additional services may be recommended 
  • Some optional treatments or diagnostics may incur additional charges 

Any additional services or costs will always be communicated transparently before  proceeding. 

4. Payment Policy 

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation, depending on the  programme, duration of stay, or booking conditions. 

Payment instructions will be provided directly by Olive Creek via: 

  • Secure payment link, 
  • Bank transfer details, 
  • or other approved payment methods. 

Failure to complete payment within the communicated timeframe may result in automatic  cancellation of the reservation request. 

5. Cancellation Policy 

Due to the personalised nature of our retreats, preparation involved, accommodation  allocation, and scheduling of therapeutic services, payments made to Olive Creek are strictly  non-refundable. 

This applies to: 

  • Retreat programmes 
  • Accommodation bookings
  • Wellness packages 
  • Therapies and treatments 
  • Medical and wellness services 

6. Credit Voucher Policy 

If a guest is unable to travel or attend after payment has been made, Olive Creek may, at its  discretion, convert the booking value into a credit voucher for future use. 

Credit vouchers: 

  • Are subject to availability 
  • Must be used within the validity period communicated by Olive Creek May be transferred to revised dates subject to scheduling availability Cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded 

Additional charges may apply if: 

  • Rates increase, 
  • Programme changes are requested, 
  • or upgraded accommodation/services are selected. 

7. Rescheduling 

Requests to change dates should be communicated as early as possible. 

While Olive Creek will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes, rescheduling  remains: 

  • Subject to availability 
  • Subject to programme scheduling 
  • Not guaranteed 

8. No Show Policy 

Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior written notice may result in: Cancellation of the booking, 

  • Loss of reservation, 
  • and forfeiture of amounts paid.

9. Early Departure 

Guests choosing to leave the retreat before the scheduled completion of their stay will not be  entitled to refunds, credits, or reimbursement for unused nights, therapies, meals, or services. 

10. Travel & Transportation 

Guests are responsible for arranging: 

  • Flights 
  • Travel documentation 
  • Visa requirements where applicable 

Airport transfers may be arranged upon request and may be included or billed separately  depending on the programme booked. 

Olive Creek is not responsible for: 

  • Airline disruptions 
  • Delayed arrivals 
  • Missed flights 
  • Travel restrictions 
  • Immigration or visa issues 

11. Medical & Wellness Disclaimer 

Olive Creek provides wellness, therapeutic, and integrative support services. Certain  programmes may include medical oversight or health-related services; however: 

  • Wellness retreats are not substitutes for emergency medical care 
  • Results vary from person to person 
  • No guarantee of specific outcomes is provided 

Guests are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information prior to arrival. 

12. Force Majeure 

Olive Creek shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or inability to deliver services  caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

  • Natural disasters 
  • Cyclones 
  • Pandemics
  • Government restrictions 
  • Travel disruptions 
  • Civil unrest 
  • Power or utility interruptions 

In such circumstances, alternative arrangements or credit options may be considered at Olive  Creek’s discretion.
